Lauren Daniel brings a blend of clinical expertise and strategic growth leadership across inpatient rehabilitation and acute care settings. As Director of Business Development, she drives referral growth and strengthens partnerships with case managers, adjusters, and healthcare providers to expand access to high-quality rehabilitation services.

Lauren began her career as an occupational therapist, with experience spanning ICU, acute care, and inpatient rehab, giving her a strong clinical foundation to support patient-centered outcomes. She has held multiple leadership roles, including Interim Director of Business Development, where she successfully led admissions growth and enhanced referral network performance.

She holds a Master of Health Administration from the University of Southern Indiana and a Master of Occupational Therapy from the University of Indianapolis. Lauren is also Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified, with a focus on improving operational efficiency.
Her combined clinical and business perspective enables her to align strategy with outcomes, supporting both growth and quality in medical rehabilitation services.
