Gina Webb, DNP, ACNP_C, CENP
Chief Nursing Officer
Gina brings over 20 years of patient care experience and transformational nursing leadership in acute care across several service lines primarily focused on neurosurgical both emergent and critical care. She most recently served as a Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) and Director of Allied Health at Goodman Campbell Brain and Spine. Gina has specialized in neurosurgery and has been successful in establishing neurosurgery orientation and continuing education programs and also served as a preceptor for the Indiana University School of Nursing for future ACNP students. In addition to her nurse practitioner role, she was instrumental in developing COVID and crisis management policies.

Gina has a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the Indiana University School of Nursing and she is licensed as a registered nurse and as a Board Certified Advanced Nurse Practitioner. She holds several certifications in advanced life support for both cardiovascular and neurosurgical. Gina is a member of the Coalition of Advanced Practice Nurses of Indiana (CAPN) and a member of the American Organization of Nurse Leaders (ANOL) and has spoken at numerous professional conferences. Gina gives back to the community by volunteering at Wheeler Mission Ministries Men’s Shelter and Health Clinic providing first line treatment in the medical clinic. Gina served for over 10 years as a preceptor for the Indiana University School of Nursing.
