Chief Nursing Officer
Alyse Keys serves as the Chief Nursing Officer for Indianapolis Rehabilitation Hospital and brings more than 30 years of healthcare leadership experience across acute care, critical care, rehabilitation, and post-acute settings. She has extensive experience leading nursing operations, quality initiatives, staffing strategies, and clinical education programs focused on improving patient outcomes and team performance.

Alyse has played a key role in advancing operational improvements, workforce development initiatives, and innovative care delivery models throughout her career. She is passionate about building collaborative clinical teams and creating environments that support both exceptional patient care and caregiver success.

Alyse earned her Master of Science in Nursing and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Indianapolis and holds multiple professional certifications, including NPD-BC and CCRN-K.
